But different is just what Sandra needs at the moment, and she reluctantly lets Bif drag her along to a community dance class, where she starts finding her feet.

Cowra Information and Neighbourhood Centre hold free Art Classes every second Monday from 10am – 12pm at 5 Vaux Street with qualified teacher and Cowra potter .

Catherine has done a number of pottery works for the Cowra Japanese Garden as well as hosting summer holiday art classes at the Cowra regional art gallery.

The group enjoy a variety of activities including painting, jewellery and candle making, ceramics, mosaics, hand made soaps, beading and much more.

Everyone is welcome to attend no artistic ability is required as Catherine can adapt the activities to suit everybody.

If you would like to meet new people and have a laugh this group is for you.

Morning tea and art supplies are provided so there is no need to bring a thing.

Using the Mandageria Fairfaxi, as well as other specimens from the surrounding central west, learn the techniques required to depict a variety of natural subject matter with precision and accuracy. While exploring the use of fine-line pens and watercolor paints on paper, the workshop will focus on making accurate observations and representing the particular forms and textures unique to each subject. No drawing experience necessary.
